• Hospitable’s applicable platform terms and conditions

A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified during checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings that appear fraudulent or violate our policies.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by property and are disclosed clearly on each property’s listing page prior to booking. Please review the cancellation policy for your specific property before confirming your reservation. By completing checkout you acknowledge and accept the applicable cancellation terms. We strongly recommend travel insurance for non-refundable bookings.

Sababa Homes provides this website and booking experience “as is.” We are not liable for any losses arising from third-party platform outages, errors in the Hospitable booking engine, or interruptions to services beyond our direct control. Our total liability in connection with any booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that reservation.
