When you make or inquire about a booking, we collect:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Travel dates and guest count

We also collect technical data automatically — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and session behavior — through the analytics tools described below.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process and manage your reservation
  • To send booking confirmations, check-in instructions, and post-stay follow-ups
  • To respond to inquiries and support requests
  • To send marketing emails, only with your explicit consent (you may opt out at any time)
  • To improve our website and guest experience using aggregated analytics data

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

Hospitable

Our property management system. Booking data is transmitted to and stored by Hospitable to facilitate reservations and guest communications.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We use GA4 (loaded via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, session duration, referral sources). Data is anonymized and subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Clarity for session recordings and heatmaps to improve site usability. Clarity may record mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling. No personally identifiable information is captured.

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager to manage analytics and marketing tags. GTM loads on every page in cookieless mode using Google Consent Mode v2 — no analytics or advertising cookies are written until you accept the cookie banner. GTM itself does not collect personal data; the tags it loads (such as GA4) follow your consent decision.

Vercel

Our website is hosted on Vercel, which may log basic request data (IP, headers) for security and performance purposes.

4. Your Rights

You may, at any time:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Opt out of marketing communications via the unsubscribe link in any email
  • Opt out of GA4 tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
  • Opt out of Microsoft Clarity via your browser’s Do Not Track setting or Clarity’s opt-out mechanism

5. Data Retention

We retain booking records for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes. Analytics data is retained per the default retention periods of the respective platforms. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
