Booking & Pricing
Why book direct instead of Airbnb or VRBO?
Airbnb and VRBO add 12–15% in service fees on top of the nightly rate — fees you pay, not us. When you book at sababahomes.com, those fees disappear. You get the lowest rate available, you communicate directly with Jack & Michaela (not a support bot), and you get our most flexible cancellation terms.
How does the booking process work?
Browse our cabins, pick your dates, and book through our secure widget on each property page. You'll get an instant confirmation with everything you need. Questions before you book? Email or text us directly.
Is there a cleaning fee?
Yes — cleaning fees are shown transparently in your total before you confirm. What you see is what you pay. No surprise charges at checkout.
Your Stay
How does check-in and check-out work?
All our cabins use keypad entry. We'll send your unique access code before your arrival — no meeting up, no key exchange, no waiting around. Just pull up, punch in, and you're home. Check-out is equally painless: lock up and leave.
What amenities are included?
Every cabin comes fully equipped: a stocked kitchen with all the cookware and utensils you need, linens and towels, high-speed WiFi, smart TV, fire pit, and free parking. Most properties also have a hot tub. Check each listing page for the full amenity breakdown.
What is the minimum stay?
Typically 2–3 nights, though this varies by property and season. Holiday weekends usually require a 3-night minimum. The booking widget will show you available dates and requirements for your specific cabin.
Are pets allowed?
Pet policies vary by cabin — some are pet-friendly, some aren't. Always check the individual property listing for the current pet policy before booking. When in doubt, reach out and ask us directly.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellation terms vary by property. You'll see the full policy on each listing page before you book. Booking direct also means you're dealing with us, not a platform — if something comes up, we'd always rather work with you than leave you stuck.
What if I have a problem during my stay?
Text or email us directly. We're reachable before, during, and after your stay — no navigating platform help centers or waiting on a bot. Jack or Michaela will respond same day.
Destinations & Groups
What's the difference between Blue Ridge and Broken Bow?
Blue Ridge, GA is set in the North Georgia mountains — panoramic ridgeline views, farm-to-table restaurants in town, and that quintessential mountain-town feel. Broken Bow, OK is deep in the Ouachita National Forest — ancient pines, dark skies, rivers, and a wilderness that genuinely feels removed from the world. Both are spectacular. Blue Ridge skews scenic and social; Broken Bow skews wild and private.
Can I book multiple cabins for a large group?
Yes — we have multiple cabins in both markets that can be booked together for family reunions, friend trips, wedding weekends, or corporate retreats. Reach out at bookwithsababa@gmail.com and we'll help you coordinate.
