We kindly ask you to treat our space with respect as it is someone's home, not a hotel. Previous guests have loved their stay, and we trust you will too. If any issues arise, we'll try to take prompt action, but please note that there isn't a 24/7 on-site staff. Important details to know: - Wheelchair inaccessible due to stairs between levels and at entrance - 18 human max - 6 vehicle max (small RVs, trailers, boats OK) - Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Enjoy the hot tub at your own risk - No late checkout or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge for each - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/ other things that are beyond our control - Condiments, zip locks, charcoal, firewood and coffee beans are NOT provided - Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $250 plus an additional cleaning fee and asked to leave the cabin immediately. - We provide a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, but recommend to bring your own given everyone has different brand preferences - We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent. You may need to buy more if you’re booking an extended stay - For everyone's safety, fires are strictly prohibited inside or outside the property, except for the fireplaces during the winter months. Unauthorized fires, including candles, will result in a $100 charge, plus any damages incurred. - Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

The cabin is a 3 min drive or 10 min walk to Hochatown. The private road to the front entrance and the driveway are packed gravel. Red Dirt Car Service is the main form of transportation around town if you need a ride somewhere. There are no Uber or Lyft drivers in the area as it's a remote mountain town. All others typically drive and transport themselves to and from their destination.
