If any issues arise, we'll try to take prompt action, but please note that there isn't a 24/7 on-site staff. Important details to know: - Wheelchair inaccessible due to stairs between levels and at entrance - 4 human max - 2 vehicle max (small RVs, trailers, boats OK) - Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Enjoy the hot tub at your own risk - No late checkout or early check-in. You may need to buy more if you’re booking an extended stay - For everyone's safety, fires are strictly prohibited inside or outside the property, except for the fireplaces during the winter months. Unauthorized fires, including candles, will result in a $100 charge, plus any damages incurred. - Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. The cabin is a 5 min drive to Hochatown. The private roads to the front entrance are mostly paved. There's a couple part of the road that are gravel/dirt. The driveway is paved concrete.
