It gets better: - Cabin is in a private neighborhood on a dead-end street. There are a few other cabins on the street but you have your privacy throughout the cabin - The fishing pond in the neighborhood has bass, catfish and carp - See the floor plan in the listing photos as well as a QR code to take a 3D virtual tour of the cabin - We donate a portion of all proceeds to Airbnb.org, which partners with communities to offer housing in emergencies, from natural disasters to large-scale conflicts - Guests with electric vehicles (EVs) can access a standard outdoor 120V household outlet for free, Level 1 charging. This is a slower trickle charge, typically adding about 2 to 5 miles of range per hour. Please bring your own charging cord During your stay, you'll have easy access to hiking and biking trails, fishing, and other outdoor activities. We kindly ask you to treat our space with respect as it is someone's home, not a hotel. Previous guests have loved their stay, and we trust you will too. If any issues arise, we'll try to take prompt action, but please note that there isn't a 24/7 on-site staff. Important details to know: - Parking notes: Guests should not tow large items (RVs, trailers, boats, etc.) due to backcountry roads that are not always passable. - The driveway is steep but is paved concrete. See the listing photos for more information - Wheelchair inaccessible due to stairs between levels and at entrance - 14 human max - 4 vehicle max (no RVs, trailers, boats) - Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Enjoy the hot tub at your own risk - No late checkout or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge for each - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/ other things that are beyond our control - The indoor fireplace is shut down from April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area due to Fannin County law - Condiments, zip locks, charcoal, and coffee beans are NOT provided - Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $250 plus an additional cleaning fee and asked to leave the cabin immediately. - We provide a start of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more if you’re booking an extended stay - For everyone's safety, fires are strictly prohibited inside or outside the property, except for the fireplaces during the winter months. Unauthorized fires, including candles, will result in a $100 charge, plus any damages incurred. -- Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
